“The best way out is always through.”

My approach

Using a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theory, I educate my clients on how inaccurate and unhelpful thoughts in combination with familial factors lead to unwanted behaviors and emotions. I work with my clients to develop treatment interventions that increase confidence while promoting problem-solving skills and independence. My sessions are typically collaborative and fun but centered on client goals and growth.
